About the Role As an Operations Customer Expert I in our Content Reviewer Detection Intel Team, you will play a vital role in managing potentially sensitive internet content, ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for millions of users worldwide. In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of our client's social media and advertising products. Key Responsibilities Content Evaluation: Review online social media, webpage content, and advertising materials, ensuring compliance with client policies. Visual & Textual Review: Analyze images, videos, accounts, and text-based content to identify potential policy violations. Escalation & Monitoring: Stay on top of global events, controversial topics, and regulatory challenges, logging cases relevant to Google and escalating violations using internal tools. Market-Specific Content: Review news, current affairs, political, cultural, and social events specific to your assigned country (including sensitive situations such as riots or conflicts). Performance Targets: Consistently uphold high standards of quality and meet weekly productivity goals.  Requirements Market Language: Minimum C1 proficiency (spoken and written) in Czech. English: Minimum B2 proficiency (spoken and written). Profile: Must be informed and comfortable reviewing content related to news, current affairs, politics, culture,social events, and sensitive situations like conflicts, while understanding the political, historical, and socio-cultural context of the market.  Training & Working Conditions: Intensive Training: 6-week training program in total (1 week onboarding + 1 week product training + 4 weeks product certification), all conducted in English. Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day plus an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday (public holidays included) from 7 AM until 6 PM. Workplace: Located at Lisbon (Parque das Nações).  What Our Client Offers Employment Contract: Portuguese employment term contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months,extended for up to an additional 12 months. Meal Allowance: 154 € per month (calculated at 7 € per day) paid via a debit card provided by the HR team. Bonuses: Christmas and holiday allowances paid out by default in monthly installments. Accommodation Option: Fully equipped company-rented apartment with expenses paid (water, gas, electricity,cable TV, and wireless internet) for applicants living more than 100 km away from the workplace.
