Servicenow Director

Lead the growth of a ServiceNow practice, combining strategic vision, business development, technical expertise, and team leadership. We are looking for a ServiceNow Director to lead the development and growth of a ServiceNow practice within a technology consulting firm. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and technical oversight, with responsibility for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, securing new projects, and leading teams. Key Responsibilities • Define the strategy and drive the growth of the ServiceNow practice. • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients and key decision-makers. • Lead client meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. • Oversee technical discussions and support the design of ServiceNow solutions. • Lead, develop, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. • Contribute to the market positioning and expansion of the practice. What Were Looking For • Significant experience in ServiceNow consulting or technology consulting. • Experience in team leadership and business practice management. • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow platform. • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management. • Experience preparing and presenting commercial and technical proposals. • Ability to discuss technology solutions and architecture with clients and technical teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Fluency in English and Portuguese Nice to Have • Experience managing or developing a ServiceNow practice. • ServiceNow certifications.
