Terraform Specialist

Project We are looking for a Senior Terraform & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure. You will drive Infrastructure as Code best practices, infrastructure governance, and automation initiatives, working closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable cloud platforms. Responsibilities Design and develop reusable and scalable Terraform modules. Manage Terraform state, remote backends, workspaces, and state-locking mechanisms. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure provisioning. Implement Policy as Code and governance frameworks to ensure security and compliance. Promote best practices around Git workflows, code reviews, and repository management. Integrate infrastructure provisioning with secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault, AWS KMS, and Azure Key Vault. Document infrastructure architectures, modules, and operational procedures. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance automation and DevOps practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments. Strong expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Solid knowledge of Terraform modules, workspaces, state management, and remote backends. Experience with Git and modern branching strategies. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python. Good understanding of Networking, IAM, and Cloud Security. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Nice to Have HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification. Experience with Terragrunt, Packer, and Ansible. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, EKS, AKS, or GKE. Experience with Sentinel, OPA, Checkov, tfsec, or similar Policy as Code tools. Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch. Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices. What you can discover with us?
