Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines funding strategy, financial management and business partnering, offering a clear pathway towards future leadership of the finance function. Description • Support the definition and execution of the company's funding strategy. • Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with funding partners, investors and financial institutions. • Prepare business cases, financial models and supporting documentation for financing processes. • Coordinate funding transactions and follow-up activities with external stakeholders. • Monitor existing funding facilities and support the ongoing management of financing structures. • Contribute to financial planning, cash flow management, reporting and business performance analysis. • Partner closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. • Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives. • Support the future development and scaling of the finance function as the business grows. Profile • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or a related field. • Experience in Funding, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Investor Relations or Financial Services. • Proven experience sourcing, negotiating and managing financing solutions with financial institutions, debt providers, investment funds or alternative lenders. • Strong understanding of funding structures, debt instruments, securitisation, portfolio financing or other structured funding solutions. • Background within fintechs, specialty finance, factoring, leasing, credit, investment firms or similar environments is highly valued. • Strong financial modelling, business planning and analytical capabilities. • Commercially minded professional with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Self-driven individual capable of independently leading complex financing processes. • Fluent English.
