Location Porto, Matosinhos Regime Hybrid (3x at the office and 2x homeoffice) Schedule 7h - 16h | 8h - 17h | 9h - 18h | 14h - 23h What You'll Do As part of the italian back-office team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customs and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently, ensuring tasks such as - Verify that all documentation is accurately completed; - Liaise with customers via email to obtain additional details and resolve documentation queries; - Contribute to the smooth flow of operations and ensure high levels of accuracy. What We're Looking For - You are confident communicating in both Italian and English (at least a B2 level); - You enjoy working in a collaborative and international environment; - You have a keen eye for detail and are comfortable handling administrative processes; - You are customer-oriented, organised, and solution-driven; - You feel comfortable using digital tools and working with different systems.
