Project Details Start Date: 12/11Location: Lisbon – Parque das Nações (Office-based)Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 – Weekends OffBack Office Position – No Inbound Calls Your Responsibilities Handle passenger legal claims and compensation requests related to airline services.Work with lawyers, legal officers and national enforcement bodies to assess claims.Review documentation and ensure passengers' rights are respected.Manage case follow-ups and maintain accurate records.Support the airline's legal department with daily back-office operations.
