Operations Customer Expert Spanish Basque speaker - Relocation to Lisbon

 About the Role Elityora is recruiting multilingual Customer Support Experts for an international entertainment and digital services project. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, technology and delivering excellent customer experiences while working remotely from mainland Portugal.  Key Responsibilities Provide professional and empathetic customer support. Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers towards effective solutions. Provide accurate information about products, services and features. Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries efficiently. Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality standards. Deliver a positive and professional customer experience. Collaborate with an international and multicultural team.  Requirements Candidates must have: Full fluency in Spanish (Basque).. English at B1 level or above.  Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using digital platforms and technology. Empathy, adaptability and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Previous customer service experience is an advantage.  Working Conditions Full-time position: 40 hours per week. Eight working hours per day, plus a one-hour lunch break. Rotating shifts covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Initial training lasting approximately two weeks, delivered in English. 100% remote work from mainland Portugal. Occasional attendance at a company hub in Lisbon may be required for training, technical setup or operational needs. Health insurance, subject to applicable employment terms. Meal allowance. Holiday and Christmas allowances in accordance with Portuguese employment regulations.  What Our Client Offers Salary €1,259.33 with accommodation. €1,391.83 without accommodation. Accommodation may be available to eligible candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace, subject to conditions and availability.  Training Comprehensive initial training will cover customer service procedures, digital tools, products and services. Successful completion of the training is required to proceed with the employment contract.  Location Remote position available to candidates residing in mainland Portugal.
