The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre. Descriçăo da oferta • A multinational company building a new Regional Shared Service Centre. • Looking for a Accounts Receivable Team Leader - English Speaker. Description • Lead and develop a team of Accounts Receivable professionals within a growing European Shared Services environment; • Oversee end-to-end AR activities, including billing, cash application, collections, account reconciliations, dispute management and credit control; • Drive timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining strong business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders; • Monitor performance through KPIs, aging analysis, DSO and operational metrics, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement; • Support escalations and resolve complex customer issues related to invoicing and payments; • Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service and other business functions to streamline processes and improve cash performance; • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies and audit requirements; • Contribute to process optimization initiatives and support automation opportunities; • Participate in service migration and knowledge transfer activities as part of an international transition program; • Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture; • Support month-end activities and reporting requirements. Profile • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Order-to-Cash processes; • Previous experience leading or supervising teams in an international environment; • Strong understanding of collections, billing, cash application, credit management and reconciliations; • Proven ability to analyze performance indicators and drive operational improvements; • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar; • Advanced Excel skills and good analytical capabilities; • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills; • Fluent English is mandatory; • Previous experience in a Shared Services Center or Global Business Services environment is advantageous; • Availability to travel across Europe for extended periods of 2 to 3 months during transition and implementation phases.
