Descriçăo da oferta • A new project implementing its hub in Porto. • Looking for a Business Implementation Manager - Onboarding Specialist. Description • Lead the end-to-end implementation of fund projects impacting the company (launches, mergers, change of service providers, etc.); • Oversee the planning, execution and completion of new projects following Client Acceptance Committee decisions; • Coordinate project-related communications, monitor progress, and report on key developments, issues and resolutions to stakeholders; • Act as the central point of contact between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams; • Support clients in understanding processes and operational requirements; • Ensure effective execution of the project framework, delivering the agreed scope within timelines, budget and quality standards; • Ensure a smooth transition from business implementation to ongoing relationship management. Profile • University degree in Finance; • Previous relevant experience within a Management Company/AIFM, asset manager, or a Big Four advisory firm; • Good understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework, including AIFMD, UCITS and CSSF Circular 18/698; • Excellent organisational and communication skills; • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic and regulated environment; • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; • Fluency in English; • French or any additional language would be considered an advantage; • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
