The Role We are looking for a practical and resourceful person to help plan and coordinate logistics across our projects. You will research suppliers, compare transport options, coordinate shipments, and help ensure that equipment, materials, and resources reach the right places at the right time. If you're new to logistics but have a strong interest in operations, planning, and problem-solving, we are willing to teach you the ropes. If you already have experience, we welcome someone who can work independently, take responsibility, and move logistics activities forward with confidence. Responsibilities • Research and coordinate transport, shipments, storage, and deliveries. • Identify suppliers and compare quotations, costs, and timelines. • Communicate with transport companies, suppliers, and project partners. • Prepare logistics plans and practical recommendations. • Monitor progress and find solutions when challenges arise. • Support procurement and operational planning across Europe. What We're Looking For • Someone practical, organized, and eager to learn. • Strong planning and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and coordination skills. • An adaptable mindset and the confidence to take initiative. • Previous experience in logistics, transport, procurement, or supply chains is welcome but not required.
