Support Specialist (L1 & L2)

 We’re Hiring - Support Specialist (L1 & L2)  Lisbon, Portugal - Hybrid At AryaHub, we’re growing our team and looking for a Support Specialist to join an exciting project in Lisbon. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, values great customer experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.  What You’ll Do Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to B2B customers, diagnosing, analysing and resolving requests. Manage and follow up on support tickets using Zendesk. Document issues, solutions and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Identify opportunities to optimise support processes and improve customer satisfaction.  What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer support, customer service or customer relations, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms. Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, patient and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure. ✨ Nice to Have Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks or enhance customer support workflows.
