In this role, your daily mission is to help travelers from all over the globe reach their destinations smoothly, solving challenges and ensuring their journey is stress-free.  The Route (Key Details) Position: Customer Service Representative (Aviation/Travel Industry) Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Office-based) Take-off Date (Start): 12 November 2026 ️ Your Daily Flight Plan Support passengers via phone, email, and chat with flight bookings, ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations. Navigate complex cases and customer complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency. Deliver top-tier service, ensuring the customer experience is as smooth as a flight without turbulence.  What You Bring in Your Luggage (Requirements) Languages: C1 level in Spanish + B2 level in English. Professional Baggage: Minimum 6 months of contact center experience (mandatory). Extra Points: Previous experience in tourism/aviation or hands-on knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo). Flexibility: Ready to work rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 21:00, with 2 rotating days off per week). ⚠️ Important Notice: You must already have the legal right to work in Portugal.
